A video showing the experience of a zip line (canopy) tour in the jungles of Belize. We took this tour, along with cave tubing (also great fun), as a shore excursion in December 2005. This tour was offered on the Norwegian Sun and I strongly recommend it.

I took my HD camera along for a trip down the zip-line in Labadee Haiti during a cruise on the Celebrity Solstice. The camera was a bit tricky to hold on too and I almost blacked my eye on the training zip. Make sure you set YouTube to “Watch In High Definition” and choose “Full Screen” with the little icon when you watch this. I hope the quality is good. Original is in 1080p but YouTube only supports 720p which is still nice. Enjoy!

Recently built on Icy Strait Point, Alaska by ZipRider, this zipline has 6 cables side by side and is 5600 feet long!! It drops 1300 feet and is an insane ride!! Top speed’s around 60 miles an hour!
