Ok so i was up in Glen wood springs, Colorado up at the glen wood caverns adventure park. I was on the last ride we were going to do today and it was the alpine coaster (a roller-coaster type ride that goes down the side of a mountain). My sister in i were riding in a car together (you control the brakes by the way) and it was like our 15th time going on that ride that day. So we got to the bottom were you are supposed to brake. My sister pulled the brake all the way back so we would stop, but i think we were going to fast to stop. the brakes wouldn’t work so we were freaking out and we got to the part of the track were it stop you automatically and that didn’t stop up either! so we ended up ramming into the car in front of us (which happened to hold my other sister and my younger brother) and i flew forward but stayed in my seat. Everyone was fine but about a minute later i got really, really dizzy! i sat down for a little untill we had to go to the car. the second i got in the car i got super woozy now i have been really really tired and had a terrible headache since it happened. (this happened like 2 and a half hours ago) Please help me!
P.S. I would really prefer to not go to the doctors.
Sounds like whiplash, maybe. Your best bet, even though I know that you said you don’t want to, is to go to the doctor’s office or the ER. If you don’t take care of this soon it could cause permanent damage or, in really extreme cases, death. Good luck!
We’ll be heading to Riviera Maya this year and while we’re trying to narrow down the resorts, I’m wondering where’s the best spot to stay at a resort in that area? While we’re there, we’d like to go on a few excursion to see ruins (maybe Chichen Itza?), maybe Xplor adventure park? Definately some zipline. Would be cool to swim with dolphins. So, where should we stay to be near all those and have a great beach?
Stay in Playa del Carmen. The beaches are just in the process of being restored and they are very wide and really nice. PDC is only about 10 minutes away from Xplor and Xcaret (they are directly adjacent to one another). The parks are a little pricey but a lot of fun. And you can do all the adventure stuff you want. Since you know about Xplor, I assume you have looked at their web site, but just in case I attached both.
Chichen Itza is three hours away from PDC. It’s worth seeing and the temple of Kukulcan is one of the seven wonders of the world. However, you can no longer climb the pyramid. If you want to do that, take a tour to Copa or Ek Balaam. I prefer Ek Balaam, really interesting. Both of those are 2-3 hours from PDC also. Tulum is another ecological site that is 40 minutes from PDC. It’s located right on the ocean. Nice but not as impressive as the others.
You will love it!
The Niagara Falls are voluminous waterfalls on the Niagara River, straddling the international border between the Canadian province of Ontario and the U.S. state of New York. The falls are 17 miles (27 km) north-northwest of Buffalo, New York and 75 miles (120 km) south-southeast of Toronto, Ontario, between the twin cities of Niagara Falls, Ontario, and Niagara Falls, New York.
Niagara Falls is composed of two major sections separated by Goat Island: Horseshoe Falls, the majority of which lies on the Canadian side of the border, and American Falls on the American side. The smaller Bridal Veil Falls are also located on the American side, separated from the main falls by Luna Island.
Niagara Falls is divided into the Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls. The Horseshoe Falls drop about 173 feet (53 m), the height of the American Falls varies between 70100 feet (21 m) because of the presence of giant boulders at its base. The larger Horseshoe Falls are about 2,600 feet (792 m) wide, while the American Falls are 1,060 feet (323 m) wide.
The oldest and best known tourist attraction at Niagara Falls is the Maid of the Mist boat cruise, named for an ancient Ongiara Indian mythical character, which has carried passengers into the whirlpools beneath the Falls since 1846. Cruise boats operate from boat docks on both sides of the falls.
Niagara Falls is a city in Niagara County, New York, United States. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 55,593. It is across the Niagara River from Niagara Falls, Ontario (also a city), both named after the famed Niagara Falls which they share. It is part of both the BuffaloNiagara Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area and the Western New York region.
New York State Route 265 (Military Rd.), North-South highway at the eastern end of the city. Runs in the city from the Niagara town line near its intersection with Niagara Falls Blvd. (US 62) to the Town of Wheatfield where the route runs concurrent with NY 384.For much of its southern course, it is more frequently referred to by its longtime name, Military Road.

Machu Picchu (the quechua machu, viejo, and picchu top, ie, “old peak”) is the contemporary name of the ruins of an ancient Llacta (village) Inca stone (whose original name was Picchu or Piche 1) built mainly in the mid-fifteenth century in the rocky mountains linking Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu in the province of Urubamba in the Cusco region in Peru.
2 Colonial Records suggest that Machu Picchu would have been a private palace or Pachacutec Inca Yupanqui (Inca emperor first, 1438-1470). However, some of its finest buildings and the obvious nature of the main ceremonial route into the city testified that it was used as a religious sanctuary 3. Both uses (palace and sanctuary) would not have been inconsistent. Research in recent decades, however, have ruled out the military of course Machu Picchu (hence the popular label of “strength” or “Citadel” have been overcome) 4
Machu Picchu is considered both a masterpiece of architecture and engineering 5. In the list of World Heritage Sites since 1983. Its unique architectural features and landscaping and the veil of mystery that has woven around him much of the literature published on the site, have made him one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world 6 and the main Peru, where a national icon.
